I&#039;ve been eating small meals throughout the day for so long now, it&#039;s just second nature -- definitely helps fight the problem of letting yourself get too hungry so you end up overeating with a big meal.</description>

		<description>You are so right, the human body can not be put into a single rule book. There are so many varitables, but you hit the head on the nail by say several small meals are the way to go for weight loss and for weight gain.</description>

		<description>A very interesting post - I have found a problem though in skinny people who want to try to bulk up skip these small meals as they are not used to eating so much, they also tend to struggle with protein shakes.
